Gabby Giffords 鈥93 was severely injured. Rep. Anne Kirkpatrick, who called for the moment of silence, said: 鈥淕abby had been my mentor in the state legislature, somebody I looked up to, admired. [鈥 She鈥檚 just outstanding in every way.鈥
