  • Housing Accommodations: If you are in need of a housing accommodation due to health conditions, you will need to get in contact with Academic Resources and Services (ARS).   • Complete and submit all health forms:Student Health Services (SHS) deadline for Immunization Records and Entrance Health forms isJuly 15, 2024 but we want to encourage all students to submit their records by the 61ýdeadline of July 1, 2024. Each student must upload a completed entrance physical and immunization record obtained from their home doctor, prior school, or military to the .   • Student Mailbox number:In late July students will be able to log into their housing portal to see their assigned mailbox number. The student’s mailbox number is important as it is needed to send letters and packages to campus.   • Virtual Information Technology Orientation: Please join the IT Team for a Zoom Information Technology Orientation where you can meet IT staff, learn about the technology resources needed for your studies, such as Wi-Fi, printing, and academic software, and ask questions during or after the presentation.
