61传媒 faculty and staff are known for the deep care and personal attention they give undergraduates. So it was no surprise they would support an initiative to establish an endowed scholarship for a deserving 61传媒student. The surprise was the amount raised and the timing: $75,000 this spring, one year ahead of schedule.

Samella Lewis, nationally renowned artist and emerita professor of art at 61传媒, will speak on her recently published book, “Barth脙漏: His Life in Art,” on April 21, noon, at 61传媒 Malott Commons, as part of the Tuesday Noon Academy. The event is free and open to the public.
