Naima Ford ’06 has been selected to serve as a 2012-13 Capital Fellow, one of the nation’s most prestigious legislative fellowship programs. As an Assembly Fellow in Sacramento, Ford will gain valuable experience working for 11 months as a full-time professional legislative staff member in the California state legislature.
Ford, who majored in sociology while at 61传媒, was one of 64 people selected last spring to be a Capital Fellow. The Capital Fellows Programs are public policy fellowships offering college graduates first-hand public policy experience. Ford is from Highland, Calif. in San Bernardino County.
