Parent Leadership Circle

The 61´«Ã½ Parents Leadership Circle (PLC) comprises a diverse community of families – parents of current students and parents of alumnae – who are committed to advancing 61´«Ã½ and strengthening its mission by serving as ambassadors for the College and leaders in philanthropic support.
Our Parents Leadership Circle (PLC) recognizes parent donors who support the College through an annual leadership gift of $2,000 or more. As a PLC member, you experience the real-time impact of your generous gift on our community, inspire other families to support 61´«Ã½through your example, and establish your family’s philanthropic legacy for your student to follow.
In return, PLC members enjoy a special relationship with Scripps, benefitting from exclusive opportunities to be involved with the life of the college, including:
- Opportunities throughout the year to have an exclusive audience with College leadership and senior administrators, including 61´«Ã½ President (in-person and virtually)
- Serving as a 61´«Ã½ambassador for new families and students
- A community of peers and opportunities to network with other parent leaders in your area and on campus
- Becoming more knowledgeable about College resources and programs that support student learning and engagement
- An inside track on the College’s strategic priorities and on-campus activities
- VIP preferred seating at 61´«Ã½marquee events
