Host and creator of immersive experience event, 鈥淩ecalling Spirits,鈥 聽in collaboration with Michael Alden, producer of feature films, Broadway and Off-Broadway theatre productions and Harvard Creative Practice and Critical Inquiry program composer and music producer Micah Huang in an evening of narrative, video, soundscape, dance and body movement that explores the lives of three women: the indigenous Lone Woman of San Nicolas who was abandoned on a Channel Island for 17 years; 61传媒 overseas student and German Jewish Olympic gold and silver medalist fencer Helene Mayer; and Maria Merced Rains, once one of the richest heiresses in southern California and owner of Rancho Cucamonga, who died nearly penniless.

Director and co-producer of 鈥淭urtle Island/Abya Yala: Indigenous Lands,鈥 sponsored by he Marian and Charles Holmes Performing Arts Fund of The Claremont Colleges. 鈥淭urtle Island鈥 and 鈥淎bya Yala鈥 are terms used by Indigenous peoples to refer to the American continents. The creative and performing group included spiritual leader of the Gabrielino Shoshone tribal council Javier Ramirez (Lenka, Nawat, Gabrielino Shoshone); Scott Orellana Ingl茅s Scoggins (Pipil, Nawat, Maya); Tina Calderon (Gabrielino Tongva, Chumash); Jessa Calderon (Tongva, Chumash, Yaqui); Ohlone Rumsen Carmel tribe 聽drummers); musicians Jonah Yan-han Huang and Emma Gies.

Visit to Qatar and Sri Lanka, invited to give lecture presentation and piano masterclass at Department of Western Music at University of the Visual and Performing Arts (UVPA) in Colombo

  • Awarded Dorland Mountain Artist Colony artist residency in March 2025聽
  • Invited to give lectures on Hakka culture and music and New Orleans jazz at at the Centre for Research on Slavery and Indentured (CRSI) and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH) at the University of Mauritius in April 2025.
