Flying In
If you are flying into Southern California, we recommend you use the Ontario International Airport (ONT), which is only a 15-minute drive to 61传媒campus or the Doubletree Hotel Claremont. The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana (SNA), and Bob Hope Airport in Burbank (BUR) are other alternatives, but each are approximately an hour鈥檚 drive from campus without traffic. Please note that Los Angeles is notorious for its bad traffic. A trip to/from LAX and Claremont during rush hour can take two to three hours.
Ground Transportation
Airport taxi, shuttle service, and rideshare services (Uber & Lyft) are available to 61传媒 and the Doubletree Hotel from all four nearby airports. For travel from LAX to Claremont, the most economical option for individual travelers is the Fly Away bus to Union Station + the Metrolink San Bernardino line train to Claremont (please allow at least 2h for the bus + train option). Uber and Lyft are the cheapest options for the other airports.
