DEIJ Departmental Action Plans

Various offices across campus are hard at work developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Departmental Action Plans, focused on reviewing departmental practices and policies to ensure we continue to create equitable and just spaces across campus. Some departments that have developed plans include Denison Library, the Sallie Tiernan Field House, and the Department of Natural Sciences. Action plans outcomes can also be supported by funding.

Below are some of the creative ways in which various offices on campus have approached their action plans to ensure they are related to the culture and needs of the department.
